Comfort + Courage Coaching

Stop bracing through the hard seasons. Learn to sit warm inside them, and build a life that feels like home.

If you're in a dark stretch right now, a season of grief, change, burnout, or just the slow ache of feeling lost in your own life, you're in the right place. I help women stop white-knuckling their way through the hard parts and learn to move through them with steadiness, comfort, and a little company. Together we'll quiet the noise, reconnect you to who you are underneath the exhaustion, and get clear on the life you truly want, then start building it on purpose.

1:1 Coaching

Who it's for

I work best with women who are done pretending they're fine. Maybe you're a mother who lost herself somewhere between everyone else's needs. Maybe you're carrying a grief or a change that knocked the floor out from under you. Maybe your life looks good from the outside and you still feel a quiet restlessness you can't name. You're ready to stop performing okay and start feeling at home in your own life, and you're willing to do the tender, honest work that takes. If that's you, let's sit down together.

My Approach

How we'll do the work, and what it feels like to be coached by me

Everything I believe about this work started on my grandmother's couch, in a dark room lit only by the TV, learning that the scariest things lose their grip when the right person is sitting beside you. That's the whole heart of how I coach. I don't hand you a worksheet and a pep talk. I sit with you in the dark of whatever you're facing, and I stay until it starts to feel warm.

What I bring to the room is everything I am: years of mothering, the seasons I've moved through myself, a long habit of being the person friends call when things fall apart, and a stubborn belief that you already hold more strength than you've been giving yourself credit for. My job isn't to fix you, because you're not broken. My job is to help you hear yourself again, and to walk beside you while you build something that fits.

If we work together, expect to be met exactly where you are, with no judgment and no rush. Expect warmth, real talk, and a safe place to say the things you haven't said out loud. And expect me to gently hold you to the life you say you want, because comfort and courage aren't opposites, and you deserve both.

Where This Helps

A few of the places we might focus
  • Finding yourself again after motherhood, loss, or a season that reshaped you.
  • Moving through grief or a hard transition without going numb, and without going it alone.
  • Quieting the constant pull of everyone else's needs long enough to hear your own.
  • Building the small rituals and boundaries that turn a stretched-thin life into a warm one.
  • Reconnecting to what you want, and taking the first real steps toward it.

Ready When You Are

There's no perfect time to start, and you don't have to have it figured out before you reach out. If any of this stirred something, that's enough. Pull up a seat, and let's begin.
